Nepal Telecom is launching GPRS - MMS and CRBT (Ringback Tone Solutions) from 15 falgun, 2063. GSM Post-paid Customer can subscribe GPRS and both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid customers can register CRBT Service.
-Configuring GPRS
General Packet Radio Service offer 'always-on', higher capacity, Internet-based content and packet-based data services. GPRS enables services such as Internet browsing, e-mail on the move, multimedia messages. GPRS offers complete solutions through which you can always stay online and get connected with family, friends. 
How to Access GPRS? 
Following are the pre requisites to utilize GPRS on your handset 
1. GPRS compatible handset or mobile devices
2. Service activated on your mobile number 
3. Respective handset / mobile GPRS settings on your handset 
Settings for Sony Ericsson k700, k750i 
1. Enter the main menu. 
2. Select Connect (Connectivity) select Data comm select Data accounts
3. Press YES at Add account? 
4. At Account type, select GPRS data. 
5. Enter New account: NTGRPS 
6. Enter APN: wap 
8. Enter Password: Leave this field blank 
9. Press Save. 
10. Again go to the main menu. 
11. Select Connect (connectivity), select Internet settings, select Internet Profiles
12. Add New profile
13. Enter Name: internet
14. Select Connect using: wap
15. Changes made save? Yes
16. Select the new profile just created click more advanced change homepage
17. Use http://wap.ntc.net.np/index.wml as address
18. Select save.
19. Use internet services to browse Internet through Nepal Telecom Mobile GPRS.
Settings for Motorola V3, L6, L7 
1. Enter the main menu.
2. Select WebAccess, select Web Sessions, select New Entry
3. Enter Name: NTGPRS
4. Enter 192.80.7.133 in Proxy1 
5. Enter 8000 in Port1
6. Scroll to GPRS APN: wap
7. On Homepage: http://wap.ntc.net.np/index.wml
8. Leave everything default and press done.
9. You are now ready to surf internet with Nepal Telecom Mobile GPRS service.
Settings for Nokia 3100, 3120
1. At the main screen Select Menu 'Services ' Settings 
2. Select Set 1 for Active Service Settings. 
3. Go to Edit Active Service Settings. 
4. Make Changes as follows 
Settings' Name: NTGPRS

Connection Security: Off

6. Turn off and on your phone set, you are ready to surf internet with Nepal Telecom Mobile GPRS service.
Setting for Nokia 6610, 6610i, 7210
1. At the main screen, select MENU' Services ' Settings button.
2. Select Set 1 for Active Service Settings.
3. Go to Edit Active Service Settings. 
4. Make Changes as follows

6. Turn off and on your phone set, you are ready to surf internet with Nepal Telecom Mobile GPRS service.

1. At the main screen Select MENU ' Services 'options ' Settings
2. Select Default access point and make changes as follows:
Connection Name: NTGPRS 
Data bearer: GPRS 
Access point name: wap 
User name: none 
Prompt password: no 
Password: none 
Authentication: non secure

3. Select Back to exit settings. Leave the rest of the field as it is, do not make any other changes
4. Turn off and on your phone set, you are ready to surf internet with Nepal Telecom Mobile GPRS service.
Setting for Samsung SGH C210, S200
1. Press Menu ' Funbox ' WAP Browser
2. Go to Settings and select Profile1 Info
3. Change the profile1 Info as follows 
Profile Name: NTGPRS 
Homepage URL: http://wap.ntc.np/index.wml 
Security: Non-Secure 
IP Address: 192.80.7.133 
Bearer: GPRS 
User Name: 
Password: 
Enter APN: wap 
4. Press the back arrow key to exit Settings 
5. Select Home to start your Nepal Telecom Mobile GPRS service
To send/receive mms messages, do the settings similar to above but choose APN as mms and use MMS server IP address as listed below. Please note that using APN wap to send/receive mms messages may incur double charging of mms services. Hence please make sure that you have select correct APN; that is "mms" to send/receive mms messages.

i read somewhere, their MMS is Rs 4, look at spicenepal, their's is Rs 10.
this is very alluring scheme.. but, it's hard to get NT sim cards.. phew...
